We are actively hiring experienced construction professionals to support our growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, office, and multifamily projects across Miami-Dade County and Central Florida.
PROJECT MANAGER
Compesation Package:
$100,000 – 150,000
(Based on Experience)
- 8+ years of management experience with a South Florida General Construction Company (primarily Miami-Dade County)
- Experience in Central Florida markets required (for Central Florida office support)
- Proven experience with Tilt-Up construction
- Strong background in Commercial, Industrial, and Office projects
- Ability to manage projects 100% independently
- Fluent in English (Spanish preferred, not required)
- Long-term company commitment strongly preferred
- Fully Paid Healthcare Insurance

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
- 10+ years of management experience with a South Florida General Construction Company (primarily Miami-Dade County)
- Experience in Central Florida markets required
- Experience with Tilt-Up construction
- Commercial, Industrial, and Office project experience
- Proven ability to run projects independently
- Experience using PROCORE
- Fluent in English (Spanish preferred, not required)

- Experience must be primarily in Miami-Dade County
- Experience in Central Florida markets required
- Experience with Tilt-Up construction
- Commercial, Industrial, and Office project experience
- Ability to handle projects independently
- Fluent in English (Spanish preferred, not required)
- Long-term commitment preferred

- 2–5 years of experience with a South Florida General Construction Company
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office
- On-Screen Takeoff
- Bluebeam
- SmartBid
- Required commercial estimating experience with:
- Warehouses
- Office Buildings
- Retail
- Tenant Improvements
- Multifamily / Higher Education
- Conceptual and budget estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of the South Florida market, primarily Miami-Dade County
- Established relationships with South Florida subcontractors
- Experience across all CSI divisions
- Fluent in English (Spanish preferred, not required)
